As associate director of management services, Lisa Schuh is responsible for Newmark Knight Frank’s property management operations and personnel in Phoenix. Lisa teams with local NKF leadership to strengthen and expand client relationships throughout the region. She oversees the delivery of client services to more than 1 million square feet of commercial real estate as well as the implementation of best practices, policies and procedures that will ensure her clients’ real estate assets see maximum value.
With more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Lisa has developed an expansive network of relations with highly recognizable clients, such as AEW, Arizona State University, GE Capital, the Mayo Clinic and Sterling Equities. Her leadership and intimate understanding of property operations help to serve the Arizona market and exceed her client’s expectations.
Lisa has worked extensively with Class A and Class B suburban low-rise properties, Class A high-rise properties, industrial-tech flex spaces, bio-research facilities and business parks as well as retail and medical properties. She works to bolster NKF’s presence and client relationships in the Arizona market.
Prior to joining NKF, Lisa accumulated and expanded her property management prowess by serving in a number of roles at CBRE, the Phoenix-based Lincoln Property Company and, most recently, Cushman & Wakefield. She became adept at handling multiple projects while maintaining the highest level of service delivery, as she was responsible for providing oversight of office building portfolios and staff, leasing, major maintenance contracts, operating and capital budgets, in addition to cultivating and fostering tenant and owner relations.
