Lisa DeNight joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2019 as the research manager for the Greater Philadelphia region. In this role, Ms. DeNight oversees statistical data collection and analysis, interprets and advises on economic and real estate trends, and drives thought leadership initiatives, generating market insight to support a multitude of business lines. She brings with her 11 years of research experience and focuses on all commercial property types.
Prior to joining NKF, Ms. DeNight served as a senior research analyst at CBRE, where she worked closely with local and national research leaders, supporting numerous national research initiatives and regularly authoring reports and articles, contributing to business publications and participating in interviews with the press on both the local and national level. Earlier in her career, Ms. DeNight served as a research analyst for Newmark Knight Frank.
Ms. DeNight graduated summa cum laude from West Chester University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in foreign languages. She is currently an active faculty member with the nonprofit Bryn Mawr Film Institute.
