Kyle J. Ciminelli joined Newmark in 2005 at the firm’s Manhattan headquarters. Working closely with the President of the New York Tri-State Region, David Falk, Mr. Ciminelli provides strategic real estate advisory services to both owners and tenants.
Mr. Ciminelli has represented a wide range of tenants including Conatus Capital, Corneliani, Extell Development, Hodgson Ross LLP, Pace University, Tod’s, William Grant & Sons and Wyndham Worldwide. Recently, he provided extensive services to Goldberg Segalla LLP, Nixon Peabody LLP and WebMD, assisting in the strategic development of their national and international real estate portfolios.
Additionally, Mr. Ciminelli has provided his services to an array of leasing teams for several distinguished buildings including 600 Madison Avenue, 75 Ninth Avenue (Chelsea Market), 130 Fifth Avenue, 450 West 15th Street (Milk Studios), Industry City (Brooklyn), 325 Hudson Street and Trinity Church’s Hudson Square South Portfolio.
Mr. Ciminelli’s talent and accomplishments have earned him recognition from his peers. Most recently, Real Estate Forum named him one of 2014’s Tomorrow’s Leaders of New York. In 2011, he received Newmark’s Rising Star Award, which acknowledges the top broker with less than seven years of experience. Also in 2011, Mr. Ciminelli was acknowledged at SL Green’s annual GreenDeal Awards, when he won the award for Most Significant Lease for representing Pace University in its leasing of a 140,000-square-foot, ground-up, custom dormitory at 180 Broadway.
Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Ciminelli worked at CB Richard Ellis, where he focused on representing tenants throughout the New York metropolitan area.
Mr. Ciminelli is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of New York and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
Mr. Ciminelli earned his Master of Science degree in real estate finance and development from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. In addition, Mr. Ciminelli graduated from Fordham University’s College of Business Administration with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and marketing. He is active in the Fordham alumni association.
