His emphasis is in Sacramento and the surrounding counties of Placer, El Dorado, Yolo and San Joaquin. He is consistently recognized as a top producer in the Sacramento and Roseville offices.
Rivett has been active in the Sacramento real estate industry as an investor and advisor since 1997. He began his real estate career with the Mortgage Consultants Group, where he focused on residential mortgages. In 2000, he joined Grubb & Ellis’ Multifamily Investment Group in Sacramento and later formed the Apartment Advisors Group in 2012.

Mr. Rivett has lived most of his life in Sacramento and in his free time is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, snowboarding, fishing, mountain biking and paddle boarding.

Rivett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, real estate and land use affairs from California State University, Sacramento.
