Keith Bell serves as commercial real estate broker in Newmark’s Denver office, where he primarily focuses on the leasing and sales of office, warehouse and flex properties for investment and user clients. Keith offers an extensive understanding of the greater Denver market derived from detailed data collection and analysis completed during an early tenure as a research analyst at the company. These skills are a critical component of his solutions-based approach to meeting client needs.
Keith provides both landlord representation and tenant advisory services and has participated in over 550 transactions with a total value of over $1.4 billion. This includes over 190 office transactions greater than 2.6 million square feet and over 260 warehouse transactions of over 3.5 million square feet. He has provided landlord agency services in over 260 of these transactions and served as either a tenant advisor or a transaction broker in over 180 others, including over 21 sublease transactions. Keith has also participated in 23 investment sales and 36 user sales of over 4.2 million square feet and 15 land sales of over 182 total acres.
Keith began at Newmark in 2010 preparing market trend analysis and various custom research projects for multiple brokerage teams. His prior experience includes work as a leasing associate for Fleisher Smyth Brokaw, a locally based commercial property owner, and as a land tech at Transcontinent Oil Company, where he was involved in land brokerage, servicing several petroleum corporations.

Education
Mr. Bell received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis on marketing from the University of Montana, where he also played lacrosse. When not working, Mr. Bell enjoys skiing, mountain biking and golfing.
