Katherine C. Freehof serves as a director in the Las Vegas office of Newmark Knight Frank, where she specializes in office landlord and tenant representation. Throughout her real estate career, Ms. Freehof has been involved in more than 1 million square feet of lease transactions with a total lease value in excess of $135 million.
Prior to joining NKF in 2019, Ms. Freehof was an associate vice president at Cambridge Property Group, LLC in Tysons Corner, Virginia. In this role, she represented more than 2.5 million square feet of office and flex projects on behalf of various institutional and local landlords. Previously, Ms. Freehof was a sales and leasing associate with Divaris Real Estate, Inc., where she represented retail clients and properties throughout the Washington, DC, metropolitan area.
