Katherine Boro joined Newmark Knight Frank Valuation & Advisory in 2019 and serves as a vice president in the Columbus, Ohio, office. Ms. Boro has been involved in the commercial real estate sector for five years. During this time, Ms. Boro has performed appraisals of a wide array of commercial property types with an emphasis in the multi-family sector.
Ms. Boro started her position at Newmark Knight Frank after serving as a valuation specialist with Colliers International, As part of that firm’s national Manufactured Housing Specialty Practice Group and its Multi-Family Practice Group, Ms. Boro appraised and consulted on market-rate, affordable and subsidized multi-family housing in markets nationwide. In addition to multi-family properties, Ms. Boro has appraised numerous other property types, including senior housing, retail, mixed-use and proposed development.

Ms. Boro earned her Master of Science degree in human development and leadership and her Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and statistics from Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky.
