Judy Ravech is a senior managing director with Newmark Knight Frank in Boston, one of the nation’s most successful investment property sales teams. Ms. Ravech has 30 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in advisory services and the financial analysis and valuation of complex office and retail properties. She is a member of the investment team handling the sale of such institutional quality assets as 100 Federal Street, 53 & 75 State Street, Arsenal on the Charles, Bay Colony Corporate Center, The Core New England Portfolio, One Financial Center, John Hancock Tower, Landmark Center, Lexington Technology Park, New England Executive Park, One Beacon Street, One Federal, One Kendall Square, Steward Health Care Portfolio and Technology Square @ MIT. Ms. Ravech also works with various leasing teams at Newmark Knight Frank, providing capital markets expertise on assignments such as the recent 350,000-square-foot Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. relocation and the 200,000-square-foot Wells Fargo consolidation.
Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Ms. Ravech served as a director with Cushman & Wakefield’s capital markets group for more than 17 years. Previously, as a vice president at Real Estate Solutions, Inc., she taught seminars nationwide to a largely institutional clientele on the use and application of the ARGUS, Pro-Ject and Dyna software valuation programs. She also handled numerous consulting projects using these programs to value both individual properties and portfolios, specializing in regional malls, urban office towers and mixed-use properties, including The Prudential Center and Rockefeller Center. Ms. Ravech began her career as a commercial appraiser at the Boston-based firm The Beal Companies, where she handled a wide variety of real estate types, including shopping centers, hotels and office properties, as well as many special-use sites. An assistant vice president, she was involved in a diverse range of consulting assignments, including the repositioning and marketing of a portfolio of “work-out” properties; the valuation of utility easements in connection with The Central Artery Project; and a land assemblage project for the future expansion of the Harvard Business School.

Ms. Ravech graduated as valedictorian from Babson College, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration.
