Josh Singleterry has been an associate of Newmark Moses Tucker Partners since 2012. Recent assignments have included the valuation of retail shopping centers, proposed and existing single-tenant, free-standing retail and office buildings, warehouses, single and multi-tenant retail and office buildings, single-tenant industrial buildings and net lease properties.
Prior to joining Newmark Moses Tucker Partners , Mr. Singleterry was a real estate analyst with Butler Burgher Group, where he gained experience in all areas of real estate valuation. In 2011, he served as a real estate analyst at Newmark Valuation & Advisory, where he built a solid foundation in numerous fields of real estate valuation, including single asset and portfolio valuation, market analysis, feasibility studies, lease and cost analysis and highest and best use studies. Since 2011, Mr. Singleterry has analyzed and valued over 100 net lease properties, specifically Dollar General Stores, across the nation.
Mr. Singleterry has also completed numerous real estate courses, including basic appraisal principles, basic appraisal procedures, uspap, general market analysis and highest and best use and real estate finance statistics and valuation modeling.

Mr. Singleterry graduated from the University of Arkansas, where he recieved a bachelor’s degree in finance with a concentration in real estate. After graduation, Mr. Singleterry pursued a career in commercial lending as an assistant vice president/branch manager and loan officer . His duties included the management of the deposit operations as well as originating consumer and commercial loans.
