Jonathan Kuzma, MAI, is a vice president in the Pittsburgh office of Newmark’s Valuation & Advisory practice. Jonathan has experience in a wide variety of valuation and consulting assignments and is a member of Newmark’s Hospitality, Gaming and Leisure specialty practice group. Jonathan focuses his practice on the western half of Pennsylvania.
Jonathan brings to his position 14 years of valuation and advisory experience. He has performed valuations and market studies on a wide range of properties, including limited-service and full-service hotels, multifamily residences, mixed-use developments, office properties, shopping centers, single-family residential subdivisions, condominium developments, industrial properties and vacant land.
Jonathan has performed hundreds of valuations for financing, litigation support, ad valorem assessment appeals, feasibility determination and estate planning. His clients have included banks and financial institutions, life insurance companies, law firms, developers and investors, corporations and government agencies.

Education
Jonathan is a graduate of The College of William and Mary, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and history. He has also successfully completed numerous real estate and valuation courses and seminars sponsored by the Appraisal Institute and other organizations.
