John Snow sits on the global management board of the firm’s Global Corporate Services group. Based in London, his responsibilities in this capacity include overseeing global business and account flow and execution throughout Europe.
In addition, as the head of the central London offices, Mr. Snow is responsible for the city, West End, Docklands and tenant representation teams. His involvement includes leasing, investment, landlord and tenant representation, research and consulting. In 2007, the central London agency business won Agency of the Year at the Property Week Awards.
Mr. Snow possesses 31 years experience in the London offices market, primarily dealing with development, leasing and acquisition work. He has been involved with a wide range of instructions with an emphasis on the West End. He is responsible for the Paddington Basin project with pre-lettings to Marks & Spencer and Orange for their headquarters. Additional career highlights include assisting in British Land’s redevelopment of Regents Place, Helical Bar’s development at 40 Berkeley Square and the redevelopment of a 1.5-acre site at the corner of Curzon Street and Park Lane for CREMS.
