John McCulloch, executive managing director, has been a multifamily investment specialist since 2002. During this time he has brokered disposition transactions totaling in excess of $2.8 billion. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, John was a Vice President with a leading San Francisco-based multifamily brokerage firm. In this capacity he advised a blue-chip roster of institutional clients, in partnership with Curtis Gardner, on an extensive range of apartment, land and condominium conversion transactions. Additionally, he established the firm’s regional office in Los Angeles and successfully broadened the firm’s service and geographic reach into Southern California. John has background that includes real estate asset management, private equity investment and industrial development. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College.
