Jay Kerley is the managing director of investment properties for Newmark Grubb Zimmer. Based in the firm’s Clayton, Missouri, office, Mr. Kerley and his partner, Dan Rossini, specialize in the sale of retail, industrial and office investment properties.
Mr. Kerley has worked with both public and private REITs, pension funds, investment advisory firms, developers and private investors in the acquisition and disposition of assets. His client list has included Colony Capital, Hudson Advisors, TA Realty and Vanbarton Group, among others.
Mr. Kerley joined Newmark Grubb Zimmer after serving as a vice president with St. Louis-based Colliers International. Prior to Colliers International, Mr. Kerley was a broker with Cushman & Wakefield. He began his career in commercial real estate in 2006 as a sales and leasing associate with Sansone Group.

Mr. Kerley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Denison University.
