James Moses III (Jamie) currently serves as executive vice president of development at Newmark Moses Tucker Partners. Jamie joined the firm in 1998 and has worked directly with his team to develop over $200M of Multifamily Apartment, Mixed-use, Office and Historic Tax Credit projects over his career. After years working alongside mentors and company founders Jimmy Moses and Rett Tucker, Jamie assumed lead of the Development division of the company in 2017.
Jamie’s appreciation for travel, cities and design led him to a Graduate studies program in Architecture at Boston Architectural College (BAC) in 2009-10. Upon his return from Boston, MA Jamie co-founded Central Construction Group (CCG) a General Contracting company that was identified by Arkansas Business Journal as a Top 15 General Contractor in Arkansas in 2017.
Going forward Jamie has sights set on developing a collection of upper scale hotels in historic downtowns settings. Jamie holds an BA degree in Political Science/ International Politics from the University of Colorado at Boulder, attended London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE) and is a member of (CCIM) Certified Commercial Investment Managers.
