Jake represents retail and restaurant tenants seeking to expand. Among his clients are 2nd STREET USA, Matsuya Foods and Little Moony. Jake helped 2nd STREET USA enter New York City, securing its first two locations at 712 Broadway and 27 Howard Street; he continues to help the one-of-a kind Japanese second-hand clothing store expand, as it looks for new retail opportunities throughout New York City to sell high-quality designer and vintage items.
Jake has also represented such prominent landlords as Atlas Capital Group, Clipper Equity, HUBB NYC, Milestone Equities, Jack Resnick & Sons, SL Green Realty Corp., Stonehenge Partners and Taconic Investment Partners. Most recently, on behalf of HUBB NYC, Jake leased 3,650 square feet to Spear Physical Therapy.
Jake joined NKF in 2019, when parent company Newmark Group, Inc. acquired RKF, a New York-based retail real estate brokerage and investment firm. He joined RKF permanently as a canvasser in 2017; he previously interned in summer 2014.
