Jacqueline M. Fitzgerald serves as a Vice President for Newmark Knight Frank Valuation & Advisory. Jacqueline specializes in the appraisal of retail petroleum facilities (gas stations, convenience stores, service stations, truck stops, car washes, etc.) and restaurants. She has been exposed to all elements of value: real estate, equipment and business tangible.
Jacqueline’s clients include real estate lenders, enterprise lenders, franchisees and operators. Jacqueline’s primary geographical focus is the city of Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
Jacqueline joined NKF Valuation & Advisory in early 2020 when Newmark Group, Inc., parent company of Newmark Knight Frank, acquired the assets of Hopkins Appraisal Services, a national leader in the valuation of retail petroleum facilities and restaurants. She most recently served as a staff appraiser with Hopkins, having obtained her certified general real estate license in 2015. Prior to that, Jacqueline was a member of the company’s client resource department.

Going Concern - SBA
Per Chapter 4 of the SBA’s SOP 50, Jacqueline has, within the last 36 months, completed no less than four going concern appraisals of special use properties (car wash, gas station with or without a convenience store, restaurant, etc.).
Jaqueline holds a bachelors degree in interdisciplinary studies, with an emphasis in business, textile and apparel management and psychology from the University of Missouri.
