Hillary Koop joined Newmark Knight Frank in the firm’s Orange County, California, office in 2016. As senior marketing specialist, Hillary focuses primarily on business development and property marketing collateral. Hillary specializes in the development of customized, client-centric proposals and presentations that harness the unique aspects of a property to creatively tell its story. As a seasoned project manager, Hillary not only delivers proposals and presentations under tight deadlines but also ensures all collateral is elevated through her ability to develop and implement a custom narrative suited to an assignment’s unique objectives. This attention to detail, supported by her thoughtful and artistic design touches, ensure that the final deliverables are one of a kind and not only meet, but exceed, the expectations of both internal and external clients.
Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Hillary spent two years as a marketing specialist at CBRE, where she focused on business development pursuits for the firm’s capital markets business line. As part of a 9-person, in-house marketing team, she succeeded on a global scale due to her support on both sales and financing assignments.
A graduate of the University of California, Irvine, Hillary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in social ecology with an emphasis in psychology and social behavior.
