Helen Christopher has more than 25 years of experience in property management. She assists a senior real estate manager with an extensive portfolio of office buildings, industrial and retail properties. Ms. Christopher’s duties include tenant relations, lease administration, collections, maintenance of the properties, property inspections, accounting and annual budgets. She also maintains vendor contracts and directs the maintenance operations for the properties.
Ms. Christopher’s assignments at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank include Inverness Commons, Key Bank Plaza, Cherry Creek Square, property services management, budgeting and working closely with engineers. Prior to joining the firm in 1995, she worked for Cushman & Wakefield, where she assisted with a portfolio of over 1.2 million square feet of Colorado National Bank properties.
Ms. Christopher attended the University of Northern Colorado studying business management and accounting.
