Greg DiGioia joined Newmark in November 2016 as an associate at the New York headquarters and was promoted in 2020 to associate director. A native New Yorker, Greg focuses on representing landlords and tenants throughout the New York metropolitan area, with an emphasis on Manhattan.
Most recently, Greg participated in leasing transactions on behalf of Keurig Green Mountain and VSCO, which were acting as sublandlords. He also worked to represent ThreatMetrix and Tencent America as tenants in Manhattan.
On the landlord side, Greg represents Avenue Property Group (587 Fifth Avenue); Aurora Capital (405 West 13th Street); and Marin Management (595 Eleventh Avenue).
Prior to Newmark, Greg worked in Cushman & Wakefield’s Stamford, Connecticut, office, as an associate in that firm’s Senior Housing/Healthcare Practice Group.
Education
Greg attended the University of Delaware, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and played on the men’s ice hockey team in the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) for four years. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of New York.
