Greg Marconi joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2015 in the firm’s Houston office, where he focuses on corporate services and tenant representation. Mr. Marconi relies on his strategic planning expertise, knowledge of current industry practices and attention to detail to resolve the real estate needs of his clients. He offers unparalleled service by incorporating location optimization and workflow efficiency that satisfies their short and long-term financial and operational goals.
Prior to joining NKF, Mr. Marconi began his career as an associate at a Houston-based start-up commercial real estate company, where he was the only dedicated tenant representative. Following his time there, Mr. Marconi spent two years at Stream Realty Partners, as part of the tenant representation division.
