By relying on his diverse experience in corporate real estate, global corporate services and brokerage, he is able to thoroughly understand the businesses, real estate requirements and day-to-day needs of his clients
Although Mr. Falcone has been involved in nearly all types of transactions, from small land sales to large office and data center deals, he specializes in real estate consulting for telecommunications providers. He has a deep understanding of its specialized requirements to maintain reliable networks, including site selection, power requirements, network diversity and concerns within their internal real estate departments.
Mr. Falcone rejoined Newmark Knight Frank in 2018 following more than five years at Zayo Group, one of the largest providers of communications infrastructure in the U.S. An integral member of that firm’s real estate team, he was responsible for all aspects of the company’s technical real estate portfolio, including deal negotiation, space planning, lease administration, lease auditing, project management and financial planning and analysis.

Mr. Falcone graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, concentrating in finance and real estate.
