George Robinson joined Newmark in 2016 and currently serves as an appraiser in the firm’s Burlington, Vermont, office. Recent appraisal assignments have included but are not limited to office buildings, apartment complexes, neighborhood and community shopping centers, industrial buildings, charter schools, bank branches, churches and vacant land for varying uses. These appraisal and consulting services have been performed for a wide variety of client types, including public agencies, commercial and investment banks, law firms, life insurance companies, public and private universities, and pension funds.
Prior to Newmark, Mr. Robinson was a senior research associate on CoStar Group’s Institutional Comparables team from 2013 to 2016.

Education
Mr. Robinson earned a Master of Science degree in real estate from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. More recently, he has completed the following advanced Appraisal Institute courses toward his MAI designation:
