Garrison S. Efird serves as an associate director in Newmark Knight Frank’s Dallas office, where he works directly with President of Tenant Representation of Texas and Vice Chairman James C. Cooksey. Garrison represents local and multimarket tenants on both a national and global scale, delivering a unique market perspective and understanding while providing new business development initiatives and client services.
Since joining the firm, Garrison has consecutively been named one of Newmark Knight Frank’s Rising Stars, which recognizes select top producers from across the country. He currently serves as treasurer for the national group.
An active industry and community leader, Garrison is a member of the Texas Real Estate Council (TREC) and the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC). He is also involved in the Dallas Symphony Orchestra and is currently co-chairman of fundraising while also holding a seat on the Symphony’s executive corporate committee. In addition, Garrison is an advisory board member for the Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Gardens, serves as committee chairperson for the young professional group within the Park City Club and is an active member at Highland Park United Methodist Church.
