Erin Miller is an executive managing director with Newmark Knight Frank, in the Philadelphia office, responsible for the disposition, financing and recapitalization of multifamily investment real estate throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Erin joined Newmark Knight Frank in January 2018 to co-lead the implementation of a multihousing investment advisory practice in the Philadelphia region, along with her partner Lizann McGowan. Erin brings over 13 years of multihousing brokerage experience, representing owners and developers in the sale of multihousing investment opportunities in the Greater Philadelphia metropolitan region and a total transaction volume which exceeds $5B.
Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Erin was a Senior Vice President with JLL’s Capital Markets team where she led the multihousing investment sales practice in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Prior to JLL, Erin worked at Moran & Company on assignments in California and later in Washington, D.C.
Erin received an undergraduate degree from Saint Joseph’s University and a Master of Public Policy degree in business and government at The Kennedy School at Harvard University.
Erin is active in the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the Young Friends program of the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
