Edward E. Butler, MAI, serves as a first vice president in the Pittsburgh office of Newmark Valuation & Advisory. Actively engaged in real estate valuation since 1993, Mr. Butler has performed appraisals on various properties, including but not limited to convenience stores, neighborhood and community shopping centers, apartment complexes, single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial buildings, low-rise to high-rise office buildings, mixed-use facilities, residential and commercial subdivisions and vacant land. His appraisals have been used for condemnation purposes, estate planning, financing, and asset evaluation. He has completed appraisals and market studies on proposed, partially completed, renovated, and existing structures.

Education
Mr. Butler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in secondary mathematics from West Virginia University. He has also successfully completed numerous real estate and valuation courses and seminars sponsored by the Appraisal Institute, American Society of Appraisers, accredited universities, and others.
