E.N. Cutler joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank as an associate director after a successful tenure at the real estate firm of Douglas Elliman Commercial, where he worked as the senior associate on many of the firm’s more important tenant representative assignments. In this capacity, he successfully assisted in the completion of complex leasing transactions including Danka Office Imaging, National Geographic Society, Dan River, Inc., Breakaway Solutions and Yahoo.
Since joining Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in September 1999, Mr. Cutler has continued to develop and strengthen his abilities as a tenant representative consultant. He has completed transactions for clients in a variety of industries, such as Dentsu, King Street Capital, Guggenheim Partners, iQor, AKQA, BNY ConvergEx Group, IBM, Warnaco, Dan River, Inc., National Geographic Society and Eze Castle.
Mr. Cutler and his team have had an extremely successful track record providing valuable corporate services, most recently to his clients Dentsu/Innovation Interactive, Guggenheim Partners and King Street Capital.
Additionally, Mr. Cutler is an experienced and skilled leasing agent servicing the ownership of 424 West 33rd Street, an office building on New York City’s west side, for which he has successfully completed leasing transactions in excess of 300,000 square feet.
Mr. Cutler is a licensed real estate associate broker in the state of New York and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
Mr. Cutler graduated from Lake Forest College in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business.
