Sinai at 2109 Broadway, a 16,253-square-foot lease with Salons by JC at 127 East 59th Street, a 13,000-square-foot lease with Muji, and leases for Blue Bottle Coffee at 20 Hudson Yards, 20 Broad Street and 2 Astor Place.
