Donna Bradley, MAI, joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in 2018 and currently serves as an Executive Vice President. Based in the Irvine office, Bradley is currently a member of the Hospitality, Gaming & Leisure Group.
Bradley has been actively engaged in the valuation and consulting services segment of the commercial real estate industry since 1986, receiving her MAI designation in 1992. As a production appraiser with 36 years of experience, Bradley specializes in institutional investment grade properties in Southern California. Her appraisal practice concentrates on hospitality, which includes resorts, full-service hotels, boutique hotels and limited service motels in addition to general commercial property such as apartment, retail and office properties and other income-producing property types.
Bradley joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory after serving as a Vice President for more than 25 years with CBRE, Inc.

Bradley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of California, Irvine.
