First Vice President Doni Greenwald, MAI, has been providing valuation and consulting services since 2004. Specializing in appraisals and market studies, Mr. Greenwald has completed assignments that have included, but not limited to, the following property types: office buildings (CBD and suburban), medical office buildings, industrial warehouses, manufacturing facilities, flex, retail shopping centers, apartments (garden and high-rise), seniors housing, mixed-use properties, automobile service stations, automobile dealerships, ambulatory surgery centers, fitness centers, biotech facilities and land. Mr. Greenwald’s appraisals have been used for condemnation purposes, estate planning, real estate tax appeal, mortgage financing and due diligence support.
Mr. Greenwald joined Newmark in 2017, when the firm acquired several affiliates of Integra Realty Resources. At the time of the acquisition, he had been working at IRR for 13 years, with the last four years as director for the Baltimore office.
