Donald P. DiNapoli, MRICS, serves as a vice president in the Chicago/St. Charles office of Newmark Valuation & Advisory. Actively engaged in real estate valuation and consulting since 1986, Donald currently focuses on providing valuation services to clients throughout the Midwest.
A highly experienced appraiser with 30 years in the business, Donald has prepared and performed valuations and market analyses on a broad range of commercial, industrial and residential properties. He has developed considerable expertise with special-purpose properties and other real estate studies utilized in acquisitions, divestitures, financing, ad valorem taxes, eminent domain, partial interests, and litigation support. Donald has completed assignments in 26 states.
Donald has successfully completed valuations on property types that include agricultural land, apartment complexes, aviation property (hangars and FBOs), bowling alleys, car washes, cell tower leases, contractor yards, churches, convenience stores/gas stations, limted- and full service hotels, single- and multitenant industrial buildings, low- to high-rise office buildings, medical buildings, mixed use facilities, neighborhood and community shopping centers, subdivisions and vacant land.
Donald joined Newmark following its 2019 acquisition of Real Valuation Group, LLC, where he had worked as a senior appraiser for more than 20 years. He previously worked as an appraiser with Neil Steffens & Associates.

Education
Mr. DiNapoli has a Bachelor of Arts degree from North Central College in Naperville. He also has completed the continuing education requirements as a Member Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors continuing education program.
