Diego Faccio, MRICS, joined Newmark as a first vice president in 2017, when the firm launched its Valuation & Advisory operations nationwide. Mr. Faccio is located in Philadelphia, where he specializes in the valuation of retail and office properties.
Mr. Faccio began his real estate valuation career in Europe, where he specialized in cross-border valuation assignments, serving international REITs, sovereign funds, investors and corporations. After serving with CBRE’s International Valuation Team in Milan, Italy, Mr. Faccio transferred to the United States, where he performed valuations involving almost all property types in multiple states. Properties appraised included industrial manufacturing and warehouse facilities, office, retail, multifamily buildings and special use assets. Clients included domestic and international financial institutions, corporate owners and private investors.
Mr. Faccio is a certified general appraiser in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the state of Maryland. He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a candidate for the Appraisal Institute’s MAI designation. Mr. Faccio earned a master’s degree in real estate and a bachelor’s degree in urban planning from the Polytechnic University of Milan, Italy.
