Mr. Creiner’s specialties include providing tenant representation, disposition, leasing, site selection and build-to-suit services from coast to coast, including complicated site selection analyses and municipal incentives negotiations that often save his clients millions of dollars. Known for his comprehensive understanding of his clients’ business goals and objectives and his ability to leverage in-depth market knowledge to deliver unparalleled strategic planning and financial analysis services, Mr. Creiner successfully increases his clients’ ability to adapt to industry changes.
A 34-year veteran of corporate real estate, Mr. Creiner joined NKF in 2018, when the firm acquired tenant representation firm Jackson Cooksey.

Mr. Creiner received a Bachelor of Science degree in political science from Hofstra University. He also attended the University of North Texas, where he took graduate course studies in theories of mass communication.
