David Bruzzone is a Managing Director with Newmark’s Walnut Creek office, specializing in leasing, acquisitions and dispositions throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Bruzzone has been involved in more than 1,400 transactions totaling 6 million square feet and has sold properties valued in excess of $750 million. His area of expertise is the I-680 Corridor, where he has completed more than 1,100 lease and sale transactions.
Prior to joining Newmark, Bruzzone was a principal at CM Realty, where he represented tenants and landlords in the 680 Corridor and the Tri-Valley. Bruzzone was also a director for Cushman Realty Corporation in Walnut Creek, where he worked primarily for corporate clients on the acquisition and disposition of real estate.
