Dave Lindner launched his career with Lincoln Property Company in New Orleans as the leasing agent for the Energy Centre, a 39-story, 762,000-square-foot, high-rise office tower.
Following that success, Mr. Lindner was recruited by Transwestern Property Company to lease a 4-million-square-foot portfolio of buildings in Austin, Texas which included the 505,000-square-foot, 32-story, One American Center.
Mr. Lindner was transferred to the high-rise division in Dallas, before being relocated to Corpus Christi, Texas where he opened a new office location for Transwestern. Mr. Lindner was responsible for the leasing and operations for Frost Bank Plaza, a 23-story, 333,000-square-foot office tower owned by TIAA-CREF; Tower II, a 17-story, 289,467-square-foot tower owned by Texas State Teachers and served as a third-party leasing agent for American Bank Plaza, a 19-story, 300,000-square-foot office tower owned by Equity Office Properties.
In 1995, Mr. Lindner relocated to Raleigh, North Carolina, to join Lichtin Properties as senior vice president. He oversaw leasing and property management for a 4-million-square-foot commercial portfolio. The company was sold to Weeks Corporation and, one year later, Weeks was sold to Duke Realty. At Duke Realty, Mr. Lindner served as senior vice president and business unit head.
In 2002, Mr. Lindner rejoined Lichtin Corporation to develop and oversee the leasing for a 2.75-million-square-foot portfolio of office buildings in the Charlotte and Raleigh, North Carolina markets.
From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Lindner became the senior director of operations for Highwoods Properties in Raleigh, North Carolina, with a portfolio of 5 million square feet of commercial properties and 82 acres of undeveloped land. Mr. Lindner orchestrated pre-leasing commitments for 198,000 square feet of the 292,000-square-foot, RBC Plaza, a mixed-use tower completed in the fall of 2008, securing the Royal Bank of Canada as its anchor tenant.
Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Lindner served as senior vice president and led strategic and tactical portfolio management for First Industrial Realty Trust and their 39-million-square-foot portfolio of geographically diverse industrial properties throughout 11 markets located on the eastern seaboard.
Currently, Mr. Lindner serves as senior vice president with Newmark and oversees the marketing and leasing for a number of class A and B office projects located throughout the metro Atlanta metro area.

EDUCATION
Mr. Lindner received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Richmond.
