More than thirteen years of experience coordinating and controlling the processes of research, processing and interpretation of data within the different real estate markets of Central America and the Caribbean. This, through the design of tools and processes for the collection and analysis of information, for the development of reports, appraisals and specialized studies that facilitate the decision making of investors, managers and real estate developers, through a clear understanding of the trends and opportunities presented by different segments and environments in the construction and commercialization of real estate industry.
From 2005 to 2013 he was the director of market intelligence for Colliers International in Costa Rica advising the main local developers and many multinational companies in the establishment of their operations in that country. From 2013 to August 2019, he worked as Market Intelligence Manager for Colliers International Panama covering the different markets of the country and other markets in Central America and the Caribbean.
More than 10 years of teaching experience in different sectors of the real estate industry. He currently works as a professor of Real Estate Marketing at QLU Panama for the Master of Project Management of Construction under the academic programs of Florida State University and the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
