Dain Fedora joined Newmark Knight Frank at its Downtown Los Angeles office in 2016. Mr. Fedora serves as the firm’s director of research for Southern California, bringing with him 14 years of commercial real estate research experience and expertise.
Prior to joining NKF, Mr. Fedora served as an industrial research manager of the Americas at JLL and as a vice president of research and marketing with Grubb & Ellis, now a part of NKF. During his 10-year tenure at Grubb & Ellis, Mr. Fedora tracked and wrote about market conditions across all property subtypes in inland Southern California and worked closely with senior producers to create and implement strategies for targeting new business and fostering existing client relationships.
Mr. Fedora holds a master’s degree in writing from Vermont College of Fine Arts and a dual bachelor’s degree in business and English from the University of Redlands. He is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society.
