Christopher Myers, MAI, joined Newmark’s Valuation & Advisory in 2017 as a first vice president in the firm’s Downtown Los Angeles office. Mr. Myers is responsible for conducting the underwriting and financial analysis for data center, office and life sciences valuation and consulting assignments.
Prior to Newmark, Mr. Myers worked as a senior director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory group, where he began his real estate career in 2003. During his tenure at C&W, he worked with several teams, including the office practice group and the Mission Critical Practice Group led by Miles Loo, Jr.
In addition, Mr. Myers has four years of experience as an instructor at Northeastern University, where he developed syllabi, assessments and taught college writing and advanced writing to undergraduate students. He has also presented a number of lectures on film and literature within his areas of specialization.

Mr. Myers earned a Master of Arts degree in English literature from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Arts degree in cinema and television critical studies from the University of Southern California.
