Chris Moses is the president and CEO of Newmark Moses Tucker Partners. Mr. Moses oversees the strategic direction of the Little Rock-based commercial real estate and development company throughout the state of Arkansas. Under his leadership, Newmark Moses Tucker Partners has become the second-largest real estate company in the state. Mr. Moses currently focuses on tenant representation, landlord representation and investment sales.
Mr. Moses became president and CEO of Newmark Moses Tucker Partners in 2013. Since then, he has created and been involved in development, leasing and investment projects with a combined value of more than $525 million. He has also grown the firm’s property management division by over 600%, to more than 8 million square feet.
Prior to joining Newmark Moses Tucker Partners, Mr. Moses worked as a senior retail advisor for four years with Marcus & Millichap in Atlanta and for five years with Healstone Investment Real Estate in Irvine, California. Mr. Moses has worked extensively on both the East and West coasts on behalf of numerous institutional and private client groups.
In 2006, Mr. Moses was a finalist for the California Rookie of the Year Award, for listing $110 million in a nine-month time span.

Graduate: Mr. Moses graduated from Clemson University’s Masters of Real Estate Development Program (MRED), where he earned the distinguished Alpha Sigma Epsilon Honor Award.
Undergraduate: Mr. Moses holds a Bachelor of Science degree in real estate finance from Arizona State University.
