Chris Mason is an executive managing director in Newmark Knight Frank’s Dallas office with a reputation for consistently delivering sound real estate solutions that align his clients’ real estate needs to meet their business requirements. One of the premier industry leaders in the representation of third-party logistics (3PL) firms, Chris has successfully negotiated more than 50 million square feet of transactions for his corporate clients.
Chris is known for his aptitude for strategic planning, forecasting and proper benchmarking. His comprehensive knowledge of local, national and international market trends, personal commitment to his clients and ability to gain trust and instill loyalty have enabled him to offer the highest level of service to his global clients. Furthermore, his understanding of the impact of global economic events on the U.S. real estate market and his personal experience from multiple real estate cycles strategically benefit his clients.
Chris joined NKF in 2018, upon its acquisition of Jackson Cooksey, a premier tenant representation firm. He began his commercial real estate career there in 1994 and was consistently one of its top producers. Mr. Mason’s performance has also been recognized by many local and national industry publications.
