Carly Geller serves as an associate director with Newmark in New York City. She focuses on both owner and tenant representation by actively seeking out new business opportunities, reaching out to emerging and established retailers, and gathering market information.
As an owner representative, Carly currently serves on the leasing team for Extell Development, The LeFrak Organization, Manocherian, Rudin Management and the Vanbarton Group, among others. She also helps advise LeFrak on launching a new retail plan for its portfolio of properties in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Jersey City and subsequently provides retail leasing and consulting services for LeFrak’s entire Manhattan portfolio.
Some of Carly’s most recent transactions include homenature’s Upper East Side location, where she represented both the tenant and the landlord; Monique Lhuillier on Madison Avenue; Lazzoni on Madison Avenue; Bright Horizons in the East Village; Krispy Kreme in Midtown; and LoveShackFancy in the West Village.
Carly joined Newmark in 2019, when parent company Newmark Group, Inc. acquired RKF, a New York-based retail real estate brokerage and investment firm. She began at RKF in 2015 as a canvasser and soon became an associate with the New York leasing team.
Prior to RKF, Carly was an intern during the summer of 2014 at The Moinian Group, where she worked in the leasing department. She also acted as a liaison between tenants and brokers involved with The Moinian Group’s buildings.
