C.J. Webb, CFA, is vice president in the Charlotte, North Carolina, office of Newmark Knight Frank’s Debt & Structured Finance Group. Mr. Webb brings to his position more than 14 years of diverse experience in commercial real estate finance. Since the start of his estate career, he has supported the origination of more than $1.5 billion in debt and equity for a variety of regional and national sponsors.
Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Webb was vice president in the Charlotte office of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, where he was active in financing all property types, including multifamily, hospitality, office, industrial, retail, and self-storage for a variety of traditional and non-traditional capital sources, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, insurance companies, CMBS lenders, banks and debt funds. Before that, Mr. Webb worked as an asset manager for a bridge loan portfolio.
Mr. Webb is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the CCIM Institute.
Mr. Webb graduated from Washington and Lee University with degrees in business and economics.
