Bryce Blanchard joined Newmark Knight Frank’s Salt Lake City office in 1999 and became a principal at the firm within a few years. In 2019, Bryce played a key role in facilitating the firm’s sale to Newmark Knight Frank. Over the course of his 21-year real estate career, Bryce has closed over 430 investment sales transactions with a combined value in excess of $3.7 billion. Bryce was NKF’s Agent of the Year in both 2017 and 2019 for the Salt Lake City office. He enjoys writing articles and consulting with his network of associates on matters of real estate, business and investing.
In addition to private client sales, Bryce transacts some of the most noteworthy deals in the marketplace each year. In 2017, he brokered the largest retail deal in Utah, followed by 2018’s largest industrial sale in the state. In 2019, Bryce set a record for the highest achieved price per square foot for a historic office investment transaction in Salt Lake City CBD’s history. Bryce has also recently represented three corporate headquarters in development activities.Bryce is a widely published author as well as a sought-after speaker for seminars and industry events, having served as a key speaker for the NAIOP Symposium on four different occasions. Bryce has been recognized as a top three investment sales broker every year for the past decade at the Utah CCIM Excellence Awards. Additionally, Bryce has been a student body president, valedictorian, state basketball champion, award-winning college athlete and forensic debater. He also spent two years volunteering in New Zealand. In addition to all of his professional endeavors, Bryce dedicates himself to youth coaching, serving as President of the Utah Jazz 100 Club, charitable pursuits, golfing alongside other sports and making memories with his wife and their four children.
