Brian O’Boyle, Jr. joined the company in 2005 as an Investment Broker and has been directly involved in the sale of more than $3 billion of multifamily transactions. He focuses on institutional-grade, Class ‘A’ and ‘B’ product throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and New Mexico. Further, O’Boyle, Jr. is involved in all aspects of the marketing process including client development, valuation, market research, buyer underwriting, and prospect follow-up.
