Blake Bentz joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2016 and currently serves as an associate broker in the Bellevue, Washington, office, specializing in both tenant and landlord representation with a focus on industrial product types. Blake brings to his position a self-starting attitude, sharp analytical skills and client-facing experience.
Most recently, Blake completed a year-long runnership under the guidance of a NKF Top Producing Team in the Seattle office, where he specialized in representing both landlords and tenants in office leasing transactions.
Previously, Blake served as a research associate in Newmark Knight Frank’s Seattle office, where he led the production of market intelligence related to market and economic activity.
Blake began his commercial real estate career as brokerage support in the Los Angeles office of Colliers International. Prior to Colliers, he was an integral part of the football coaching staff with UCLA Athletics, coaching offensive line.
