As director, research in the Washington, DC, office of Newmark Knight Frank, Bethany Schneider is responsible for comprehensive support of research services for the firm’s Mid-Atlantic region in collaboration with senior research team members. In addition, Ms. Schneider coordinates and provides support for national research initiatives. Her primary responsibilities include researching and authoring white papers; analyzing data and developing content for NKF BenchMarks presentations and other major research events; preparing material for and speaking at NKF seminar events; interfacing with industry media; and working with research staff, management and salespersons to provide superior market intelligence to clients.
Ms. Schneider joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2015 from Cassidy Turley (now Cushman & Wakefield), where she was senior research analyst. Prior to that, she was research analyst with Cassidy Turley in Boston, Massachusetts.

Ms. Schneider graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in linguistics from Northeastern University.
