Austin Gioseffi joined Newmark Knight Frank in February 2018 as a business analyst in the firm’s Miami office, where he works with one of the Southeast’s top tenant representatives, Vice Chairman Greg Katz. As a member of Mr. Katz’s team, Mr. Gioseffi underwrites and develops strategic solutions for clients through sophisticated financial modeling and scenario analyses. He also assists with research and valuation for prospective clients.
Prior to NKF, Mr. Gioseffi was part of the TIAA Accelerated Advisory Development Program, where he engaged clients to assist with strategic portfolio management and securities trading. He was accountable for acquiring over $2.5 million in outside assets, along with active retention of over $10 million of assets under management.
Mr. Gioseffi graduated from East Carolina University’s College of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business with a concentration in finance. While attending ECU, he was the sitting senator for the College of Business and a member of the club golf team.
