Anthony C. Sciacca joined Newmark in 2003 at the firm’s Manhattan headquarters. He specializes in the representation of both tenants and property owners in New York City, throughout the United States and abroad.
Mr. Sciacca began his career in commercial real estate in Boston, MA, with Peter Elliot LLC. During his tenure with the firm, he completed more than 600,000 square feet of leases and was a member of its “Landlord Representation Team of the Year” for three consecutive years.
Prior to Newmark, Mr. Sciacca served as assistant vice president with Lincoln Property Company in its Boston, MA, office. In this capacity, he represented tenants locally, regionally and nationally, as well as institutional and entrepreneurial property owners, completing more than 200,000 square feet of transactions annually. He also served as an exclusive representative for more than 1.2 million square feet of office properties in Boston’s Central Business District and its outlying areas.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Sciacca has met the domestic and global real estate needs of numerous prominent organizations, institutions and corporations, including XO Group, Inc. (formerly The Knot, Inc.); Springfield College; The Walt Disney Company; The Markle Foundation; Gap, Inc,; Royal Bank of Canada/Dominion Securities; Itau Unibanco S.A.; SNL Financial; David Barton Gym; Tom James Company; Connelly Partners Advertising; Wyndham Hotels & Resorts; Lord & Taylor; QAS/ an Experian Company; Adobe Systems, Inc. and YMCA Training, Inc. . Mr. Sciacca’s landlord clients have included W&H Properties/Malkin Holdings LLC; Cohen Brothers Realty; The Winter Organization; Newmark Holdings; The Durst Organization; Taurus Investment Holdings; and Heritage Property Investment Trust, Inc.
Mr. Sciacca graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies, focused on International Political Economy. He also participated in Boston College’s European Community Studies Program at the Irish Institute for European Affairs in Leuven, Belgium.
