Anne Schneider, LEED GA, is currently responsible for a portfolio of properties located in Washington, DC, comprising 450,000 square feet of Class A office space. She serves as a primary contact for her clients and tenants, prepares financial reporting and budgets, oversees capital improvement projects and supervises a staff of six. Ms. Schneider has over 12 years of commercial real estate experience.
