Anne Schneider, LEED GA, is currently responsible for a portfolio of properties located in Washington, DC, comprising 450,000 square feet of Class A office space. She serves as a primary contact for her clients and tenants, prepares financial reporting and budgets, oversees capital improvement projects and supervises a staff of six. Ms. Schneider has over 12 years of commercial real estate experience.
Previously in her career, Ms. Schneider held real estate manager and assistant real estate manager positions that focused on tenant relations, vendor contracting, accounts payables and receivables, client and corporate compliance, certificate of insurance tracking and several other management and administrative responsibilities.
