Andrew P. Mills serves as an associate in Newmark’s Lower Manhattan office. Mr. Mills works extensively on tenant representation, working directly with Hal Stein, Newmark’s executive vice president and managing director of the Lower Manhattan office, and Todd Stracci, also a managing director, on substantial assignments throughout downtown New York City and beyond. He is also active on numerous landlord agency representations involving large, multi-tenant and headquarters properties, including 61 Broadway, one of RXR Realty’s significant portfolio assets.
Mr. Mills’ clients include institutional owners and developers, corporate users, law firms, accounting firms, technology companies, media businesses and creative enterprises, private equity and financial services firms, and hedge funds. Transactions include commercial leasing, sales, subleasing, coworking arrangements, expansions, renewals, and all types of acquisitions and dispositions.
Mr. Mills joined Newmark in 2018, several months after completing an office leasing internship with the company. He previously served as a wealth management intern at UBS; an office-leasing intern at RHYS Commercial (acquired by Newmark in 2019); and an office leasing intern at Colliers and Jones Lang LaSalle.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Mr. Mills spends time with his family, is active in various charities and is an avid golfer and tennis player.
