Alexandra Chapekis, CHIA, joined Newmark Knight Frank’s Valuation & Advisory team in 2018 and currently serves as an analyst in the Cleveland, Ohio, office.
Prior to NKF, Ms. Chapekis served as an investment analyst with ValStone Partners, a private equity firm based in Birmingham, Michigan. In this capacity, Ms. Chapekis was responsible for constructing tailored financial models, conducting due diligence in pursuit of underwriting, creating and arranging future strategies for hospitality operations, and performing hospitality and commercial real estate analyses throughout the United States. She has analyzed assets valued from $1 million to more than $100 million.
Prior to ValStone, Ms. Chapekis served as an accounting assistant at The Accounting Office, Inc., where she performed bank reconciliations for approximately 100 clients, completed staff training and created and managed the firm’s social media accounts.

Ms. Chapekis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University’s Honors College, where she double majored in hospitality business and economics and minored in hospitality real estate investment management.
